Duties and Responsibilities
The focus for the National Sales Manager will be to create and drive sales and marketing activities country wide.
• Manage and continuing to build the sales team;
• Track KPI’s and communicate sales targets on a regular basis;
• Ensure CRM compliance;
• Implement and maintain a highly efficient sales execution process.
Skills and Experience
• Minimum of 8 years experience in building and growing sales teams in a fast paced environment;
• Understanding of engineering and renewable energy systems;
• Excellent Sales Skills including coaching, training and development;
• Understanding of project and structured finance.
