Lani Seals started recruitment in 2005 as a senior consultant for a local executive search firm. In 2010, she commenced her own boutique recruitment firm servicing a small number of select clients from various industries and positions.

Lani considers recruitment her passion and a way of life. She now specialises in recruiting in the renewable energy sector and recruits all positions that are in this industry – senior management, technical engineering, project management and support positions in finance, human resources, administration and technology.

Lani is a Psychology graduate from one of the convent schools in the Philippines. She also holds a masters degree in Human Resource Management. Lani’s motto is: “Synergizing people and opportunity”. Lani finds great satisfaction with every placement she makes and considers this a win win situation for both clients and candidates.
