Your new role:

Your new role:

- Design and Planning: Develop HV design packages, ensuring alignment with project specifications and integration requirements;
- Compliance and Standards: Adhere to relevant Australian Standards and industry practices for HV systems, ensuring regulatory compliance;
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute engineering strategy, identifying new project opportunities and technological advancements;
- Technical Leadership: Provide guidance on emerging technologies, offer technical expertise to teams, and ensure the feasibility and sustainability of engineering solutions;
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with colleagues to understand needs and provide effective engineering solutions, while also building and maintaining relationships with external partners, suppliers, and clients;
- Consultant Engagement: Manage consultant relationships and scopes to deliver design, reports, and reviews of engineering and commissioning work streams.
- Minimum 10 years of engineering experience.
- Experience with distribution scale utility-scale solar PV and/or battery energy storage systems.
- Commercially and financially astute with experience in managing budgets.
- Experience in managing a high-performing multidisciplinary team.
- Experience in renewable energy solutions, including in PV design & engineering.
- Expertise in generating electrical, civil, geospatial, and mechanical drafting and engineering.
- Familiarity with Australian/New Zealand standards for electrical systems and competence in industry-standard power systems and renewable energy software.
