Your New Company
With new ownership and significant capital this Developer, IPP & EPC is planning on local and further international expansion. They are involved in Utility Scale Solar, Commercial & Industrial Solar, BESS and EV charging.
Your new role
Reporting to the CEO/COO you will manage and coordinate health, safety, security, and environmental initiatives throughout Taiwanese operations and play a crucial part in aligning practices with the organisation's Integrated Management System.
From managing safety protocols to ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, the position serves as a key driver in upholding commitment to excellence in HSSE standards. The role requires travel to construction and operational sites.
Who you are
Around 10 years of experience in occupational workplace health and safety, you will have proven experience in HSSE management, preferably within the Renewable Energy, construction, or a related industry.
You have in-depth knowledge of relevant HSSE legislation, regulations, standards, and best practices in Taiwan. You have a track record of development of management systems including but not limited to plans, procedure, policy, check-sheets.
You also have experience conducting HSSE audits, inspections, incident investigations, and risk assessments. Excellent English presentation and communication skills.
