    About the Company

    This company offers innovative EV charging infrastructure services for urban and regional areas. They have received funding to expand the network of EV charging projects and are now seeking a Chief Operations Officer to ensure operational excellence.

    About the Role
    • Spearhead overall operations of the company;
    • Manage field managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within quality standards;
    • Develop initiatives to improve overall deployment practices, timeframe and cost efficiency;
    • Streamline workflow, manage documentation and financial reporting;
    • Coordinate work scheduling.
    Who you are
    • Operations or business management experience from multi-site engineering projects such as EV, C&I Solar or telecoms sectors;
    • Business, technical trade or engineering qualification will be highly regarded;
    • Previous experience in controlling small, multiple sites;
    • Demonstrated experience managing project scope, cost, schedules.
