    Your new role:
      
    Support the implementation and administration of contracts for the development and delivery of large scale renewables projects, working with the legal and project teams. You will be responsible for:
    • Drafting, review and negotiation of contracts related to development and construction of renewables infrastructure including MOU, NDA, LOI, Exclusivity Agreements, EPC, and O&M contracts and agreements.
    • Identifying contractual risks to projects and provide counter strategies and commercial solutions to minimise impact on projects.
    • Managing and administering head contracts and subcontracts (variations, progress claims, contract delivery, RFI's).
    • Managing and preparing claims, including in respect of variations, delays, and commercial matters and disputes.
    • Preparation of scope of works, subcontractor packages and procurement schedules, progress claims and variations.
    Who you are:
      
    At least 5 years’ experience with contract administration and/or contract management for development, construction and/or procurement, from the renewable energy or electrical infrastructure industries with either a principal or an EPC. Substations or Balance of Plant experience is desirable, but not essential.
