Your new company
Is a very successful international Developer. They develop and operate a range of renewables platforms including batteries, offshore and onshore wind farms, solar, waste to energy, bioenergy and hybrid systems.
Your new role
Play a key role in assisting the project development team with your pre-emptive approach to managing contracts with respect to claims, disputes, variations etc. Identify contractual risk and mitigate impact on projects. Design and propose claim management and dispute resolution strategies to manage project delivery risk. You will also assist the legal and project teams to negotiate new contracts.
Who you are
Around 7 years’ experience with contract management for construction, procurement, corporate governance or government regulation from the renewable energy, power or infrastructure industries. You will need a solid understanding of contract and construction law, but you don’t necessarily need to be a lawyer. Also, a University qualification in any of engineering, law, commerce, business management or alike.
