Your new Company:
This organisation is focused on the development, construction, ownership and operation of renewable waste to energy, waste management and recovery infrastructure.
They have delivered 3 plants so far and currently have three plants approaching financial close, pending construction and they are restructuring the business to better facilitate delivery of these projects.
They are a small company with big clients and a large mumber of small, Private Equity funded projects.
Your new role:
Take accountability for the development and construction of multiple smaller projects, delivering on time on scope and on budget. You will lead a small team of project managers to build new systems and processes, you will implement change where necessary and create a culture of efficient work practices that are required to see these projects through.
Who you are:
With experience in project management from a small EPC/Contractor, you have managed multiple small scale construction projects, you have also managed people in the successful delivery of these projects. You are commercially astute with a solid understanding of EPC contracts, construction management and change management.
