Your new Company:
A full service Developer, Project Sponsor, Advisor and Asset Manager of major infrastructure projects including Wind and Solar. They have over $1 billion under management and have developed close to 3GW of renewable energy assets, mainly consisting of Solar, their Wind business is smaller but growing. They have a strong focus on sustainability and environment across all their projects.
Your new role:
Assist the client with their growing wind development business. The role will involve wind farm layout designs for prospecting and planning processes, recommending monitoring strategy and assisting in technology selection. More specifically you will:
  • Conduct wind energy yield analysis.
  • Perform engineering wind analysis.
  • Using software programs assist with identifying optimum site layout.
  • Assist with optimizing site designs.
  • Identify grid connection options.
Who you are:
Experience as a Wind Engineer assessing greenfield development opportunities, conducting pre-construction yield studies utilising turbine designs and technology. You have design optimisation and site and turbine suitability assessment experience using Industry standard software.
