A global infrastructure fund specialising in the renewable energy industry across wind, utility scale solar, storage and various other technologies. They have offices in several regions across the world, they are well established and have made multiple high-profile investments into various industries in excess of $10 billion and 5 GWs of generation assets.
Your new role
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will develop Storage/BESS opportunities from Greenfield all the way through to financial close, managing full cycle project development activities. You will also play a role in assisting business development activities as well as establishing and maintaining relationships with land owners, community groups, local councils and state governments where required.
Who you are
With a proven track record in project development, planning and environmental issues you have worked on the large scale infrastructure development of preferably wind or solar farms up to and including handover to construction. You have managed projects, and you also have knowledge of planning laws, local government functions and the renewable energy industry. It is preferred you have an academic background in an Engineering discipline.
