    About the Roles

    Offshore Wind Business Development Member

    Primary responsibility is to develop relationships with fisheries, stakeholders and local government units, obtain necessary agreements, define project sea zones and manage surveys. Ideally, we are seeking candidates with previous offshore wind experience in a similar role, sales & client engagement skills. 

    Offshore Wind Local Development Manager

    The purpose of the role is to plan wind power generation projects, discuss relevant issues and promote projects with stakeholders to resolve the problems in each potential region regarding offshore wind power in Japan. Candidates must have previous experience planning and drafting projects and building strong relationships with project stakeholders and must be knowledgeable in the project launch phase. 

    Experience in the renewable energy industry, including wind power, or experience in the fisheries and marine sectors required.

    Offshore Wind Project Manager

    Manage technical aspects of the offshore wind projects during the development stage, manage partner policies, develop business structure, manage EPC works and O&M. Candidates must have experience in project management in the development, construction and O&M phases. In addition to native Japanese language skills you must also have business-level English proficiency.
