Your new Role:

Procurement Manager

You will be responsible for all aspects of purchasing and procurement, including logistics management and post-purchase support, for a wide variety of systems and technologies. You will manage:
  • Negotiation with manufacturers/partner strategy planning;
  • Contract negotiation;
  • Coordination with importers and customs brokers;
  • Logistic management;
  • Conversational level English required.

In this role you will be required to manage the purchasing process of all electrical and mechanical works of utility scale solar plants, specifically:
  • Managing RFQs and Quotations;
  • Lead the communication between internal teams and sub-contractors;
  • Analyze costing, review contracts and negotiate with sub-contractors accordingly;
  • Business level English required.
Assistant Buyer

This role will support the Buyer and is responsible for:
  • PO summary;
  • Invoice and payment confirmation;
  • Supplier list management;
  • To assist supplier evaluation;
  • Conversational level English required.
Who you are:
  • Previous experience working in a similar role in the solar industry is ideal, however construction, Engineering and Manufacturing backgrounds will also be considered;
  • Japanese language skills required;
  • Knowledge of mechanical or electrical engineering is desirable.
