Outplacement
Our comprehensive range of Outplacement programs are designed to provide support to both management and administrative level employees who have recently been made redundant.
Our programs are designed to educate and empower our clients to take control of their careers, assist with critical career decisions and to overcome the psychological impact of redundancy. Importantly, clients develop the skills needed to identify and win crucial roles of their choice within or outside the not-for-profit sector.
Executive and Mid-level Coaching
Individually customised, our coaching programs empower employees to set achievable goals, improve decision making and build strong internal and external relationships. Executive & Mid-Level coaching is future focussed: we help employees discover their potential and achieve it. Using a consistent coaching framework, providing tools and techniques we raise awareness and lift skills enabling enhanced performance of teams and individuals.
