About the Company
This organisation has established itself as a reputable building and construction company which has presence in many countries, including Asia. You will be working for one of its subsidiaries which is a supplier of construction materials and equipment.
About the Role
In this role you will be required to ensure effective management of the sales team in Asia and will identify new business opportunities across Asia. The role will be based in Manila or Hong Kong.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Achieve agreed budgets and forecasts;
• Implement new business opportunities in either the existing market or new markets in order to grow the business;
• Manage Asia sales team and all sales activities.
Skills and Experience
• Relevant experience leading sales teams in a similar industry;
• Engineering or business management degree or related;
• Proven experience selling form works and with in-depth knowledge of the construction industry in Asia;
• Previous experience working with large construction projects like malls, hotels and airports, and similar; with a strong network of contacts in Asia.
• Business development and sales background at a senior level.
